Delivery / Shipping Terms

All postal shipments are shipped at the "buyers risk".
No "Track and Trace" service is available using the postal service.
G2D will not be liable for a pedal missing in transit using a postal delivery service.

"Trace and Trace" is available via the Courier service only.
G2D will replace a lost pedal in transit using a Courier delivery service.

If you are not happy with your G2D Guitar Pedal, then email us within 14 days and return the pedal in its original box for a refund. This offer excludes shipping and customs charges.

G2D Limited will warranty their products for three years from the date of purchase, for electronic component failure, with the exclusion of the battery clip, switches, knobs, and sockets which are subject to physical abuse.
